Are there really 0% transaction fees?
Yes. Every plan is 0% + $0.00 on subscription orders, renewals, and recovered payments. You pay the plan price only.
What are the Free plan limits?
Free includes up to 300 subscribers with the product-page widget, portal, selling plans, analytics basics, and the full retention stack.
Can you migrate us from Recharge, Subi, or Appstle?
Yes. Use /switch for a migration plan. White-glove migration is available as a $149 one-time add-on via Shopify Billing.
Where does checkout happen?
Native Shopify checkout. Card data never touches Sublyra servers.
How do I cancel or downgrade?
From Plan & billing inside the app. Charges go through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice.
